Bring the polished Loíza Bar Co. experience to your celebration. Our Signature Bar Experience combines professional bartending, thoughtfully crafted cocktails or mocktails, and beautiful presentation to create a bar your guests will remember.
Includes:
• One professional bartender for up to 50 guests
• A customized menu featuring up to three cocktails or mocktails
• A customized alcohol shopping list based on your menu and guest count
• Standard mixers and fresh garnishes
• Bar tools and disposable service supplies
• Complete bar setup and breakdown
• Portable bar when the venue does not provide one
• Polished and attentive guest service
Additional bartenders are required for events exceeding 50 guests.

• Basic setup and breakdown of supplies provided by the client
This is a staffing only service. The client or venue provides the bar, alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, bar tools, and all other supplies required for service.
Pricing is based on event duration, guest count, service style, location, and staffing needs.

• Delivery and professional setup
Choose cocktails, mocktails, or seasonal options. Stations can be customized for the occasion, including hot chocolate or coffee bars with flavored syrups, toppings, and accompaniments.
Additional beverages, specialty ingredients, upgraded equipment, replenishment, cleanup, and breakdown are available for an additional charge. The client supplies all alcohol.

Yes. A standard portable bar is included with the Signature Bar Experience when the venue does not provide a suitable bar area. Premium bar styles and additional bar setups may be selected as enhancements, subject to availability and venue requirements.

Yes. Mocktail events receive the same level of planning, preparation, professional staffing, setup, service, and polished presentation as cocktail events. Each menu is thoughtfully customized with quality mixers, fresh garnishes, and balanced flavors to create drinks that feel just as elevated and celebration worthy. Because Loíza Bar Co. operates as a dry hire service and alcohol is purchased separately by the client, choosing a fully alcohol free menu does not change the service rate.

Review the customized estimate created for your event.
Approve the estimate and sign the service agreement.
Submit the 50% retainer to officially reserve your event date.
Pay the remaining balance 30 days before the event.
Availability is limited, so we recommend requesting your date as early as possible.
Please note: Approval of an estimate does not reserve your event date. Your date is officially secured only after Loíza Bar Co. receives both the signed service agreement and the required 50% retainer.
